  • If Lessor fails to respond to such second notice within fifteen (15) days, Lessor shall be deemed to have approved such Bridge Construction Drawings.

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.

  • General Arrangement Drawings shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 3.1 (iii) (b);
