Bridge Facility Agent means Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA as the administrative agent and collateral agent under the Bridge Facility, together with its successors and assigns in such capacities.

Bridge Facility Agent means Goldman Sachs Bank USA, in its capacity as the administrative agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents with respect to the Bridge Facility, if established hereunder pursuant to Section 2.19.
