Broker Group Company definition

Broker Group Company means any of them;
Broker Group Company means any of them; “business dayin relation to a Futures/Options Contract, any day during which the relevant Exchange is open for trading that contract; and in other cases, a day other than Saturday on which banks are open for general business throughout normal business hours in Hong Kong;
Broker Group Company any companies of the Broker Group;

  • The Broker is also entitled to exercise its own judgement in determining the time of the aforesaid sale or disposal or liquidation and to sell or dispose of any of such properties at current market price to any Broker Group Company (including the Broker) without any responsibility for any loss occasioned or being accountable for any profit made by any Broker Group Company.

  • In event of insufficient securities to satisfy orders so combined as mentioned in the above paragraph (E), the Broker may in its absolute discretion allocate the transactions between clients, the Broker and Broker Group Company, having due regard to market practice and fairness to the concerned clients.

  • In event of insufficient Commodities to satisfy orders so combined as mentioned in the above paragraph (E), the Broker may in its absolute discretion allocate the transactions between clients, the Broker and Broker Group Company, having due regard to market practice and fairness to the concerned clients.

  • The Personal Data may be transferred to any place outside Hong Kong, whether for the processing, holding or use of such data outside Hong Kong, and also to service providers which offer services to any Broker Group Company in connection with the operation of its business.

Related to Broker Group Company

  • Group Company means any one of them;

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Group Member means each member of the Company Group.

  • Material Group Company means the Issuer or a Subsidiary representing more than 5.00 per cent. of either (i) the total assets of the Group on a consolidated basis (for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any intra-group transactions) or (ii) the net profit of the Group on a consolidated basis according to the latest Financial Report.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Peer Group Companies means the following companies: .

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Buyer Group Member means Buyer and its Affiliates and their respective successors and assigns.

  • Company Entity means the Company or one of its Subsidiaries.

  • Affiliated Entities means any legal entity, including any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, not-for-profit corporation, estate planning vehicle or trust, which is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by the Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse, of which such Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse are beneficial owners, or which is under joint control or ownership with any other person or entity subject to a lock-up agreement regarding the Common Stock with terms substantially identical to this Agreement.

  • Company Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Controlled Affiliates means, with respect to a specified Person, another Person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, has Majority Control of or is Majority Controlled by or is under common Majority Control with the Person specified.

  • Subject Company shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • PRC Entities means the PRC Subsidiaries and the Consolidated Affiliated Entities collectively.

  • Acquired Corporations means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.

  • Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings, any holding company of the Purchaser and all other subsidiaries of any such holding company from time to time;

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Brookfield Group means Brookfield and any Affiliates of Brookfield, other than any member of the BREP Group;
