Brokers and Intermediaries. The Buyer has not employed any broker, finder, advisor or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement which would be entitled to a broker's, finder's, or similar fee or commission in connection therewith or upon the consummation thereof.
Brokers and Intermediaries. No broker, investment banker, financial adviser or other person is entitled to any broker's, finder's, financial advisor's or other similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such International Investor.

It is agreed and acknowledged that the Company has retained Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx & Co. in connection with the Offer and the Merger and the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement.
Brokers and Intermediaries. Neither Buyer nor any of its Affiliates has employed any broker, finder, advisor or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement which would be entitled to a broker's, finder's or similar fee or commission in connection therewith or upon the consummation thereof.

Brokers and Intermediaries. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.6, each of which items disclosed thereon will be the sole responsibility of GP, GP has not employed any broker, finder, advisor or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (except for those transactions with respect to Real Property) which would be entitled to a broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in connection therewith or upon the consummation thereof.
