Budgeted Capital Expenditures definition

Budgeted Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures included on a Capital Expenditure Budget which has been approved by the CRC Board.

Budgeted Capital Expenditures means, as of the date of any determination, the capital expenditures approved pursuant to the then applicable Annual Plan that are reasonably required to maintain the then current production level over the long term of the Partnership Group’s oil and natural gas properties or to maintain the then current operating capacity of the Partnership Group’s other capital assets, including capital expenditures to bring nonproducing reserves into production (such as drilling and completion costs, enhanced recovery costs and other construction costs, costs to acquire reserves that replace the reserves that the Partnership Group expects to produce in the future, well plugging and abandonment costs and site restoration and similar costs).

Budgeted Capital Expenditures means the Capital Expenditures proposed to be incurred by the Transferred Companies during the Capex Period as set forth on Annex C.

Examples of Budgeted Capital Expenditures in a sentence

• Concurrently with the delivery of each Usage Statement to the Operators, CRC shall deliver to the Operators a statement showing the estimated Budgeted Capital Expenditures for the calendar month immediately succeeding the calendar month in which such statement is delivered.

• For purposes of any calculation of Capital Expenditures (including with respect to Budgeted Capital Expenditures and Actual Capital Expenditures) during the Capex Period pursuant to this Section 2.10, the amount of Capital Expenditures attributable to the calendar month in which the Closing Date occurs shall be prorated in the basis of the number of days elapsed in such month as of and including the Closing Date.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Borrower may not request, and Lender shall have no obligation to make, a TI/LC Advance in connection with an expenditure for which, and to the extent that, payments made in respect of Budgeted Capital Expenditures in accordance with Section 3.2(a)(iv) are otherwise sufficient to pay such expenditure.

More Definitions of Budgeted Capital Expenditures

Budgeted Capital Expenditures means, with respect to any calendar month, (i) an amount equal to the Capital Expenditures for such calendar month in the then-applicable Approved Annual Budget, or (ii) such greater amount as shall equal Borrower's actual Capital Expenditures for such month, except that during the continuance of a Cash Trap Period such greater amount may in no event exceed 105% of the amount specified in clause (i), with no individual budget line item exceeding 110% of the amount set forth in the then-applicable Approved Annual Budget with respect to such line item for such month, in each case without the prior written consent of Lender, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, except that no such consent or limitation shall apply to Capital Expenditures expended in connection with emergencies or risks to health or safety at the Building.

Budgeted Capital Expenditures means those expenditures incurred between January 1, 2000 and the Closing Date in accordance with Schedule 3.9.
