Budgeted Capital Expenditures definition

Budgeted Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures included on a Capital Expenditure Budget which has been approved by the CRC Board.

Budgeted Capital Expenditures means, as of the date of any determination, the capital expenditures approved pursuant to the then applicable Annual Plan that are reasonably required to maintain the then current production level over the long term of the Partnership Group’s oil and natural gas properties or to maintain the then current operating capacity of the Partnership Group’s other capital assets, including capital expenditures to bring nonproducing reserves into production (such as drilling and completion costs, enhanced recovery costs and other construction costs, costs to acquire reserves that replace the reserves that the Partnership Group expects to produce in the future, well plugging and abandonment costs and site restoration and similar costs).

Budgeted Capital Expenditures means the Capital Expenditures proposed to be incurred by the Transferred Companies during the Capex Period as set forth on Annex C.

• Concurrently with the delivery of each Usage Statement to the Operators, CRC shall deliver to the Operators a statement showing the estimated Budgeted Capital Expenditures for the calendar month immediately succeeding the calendar month in which such statement is delivered.

Budgeted Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures included on a Capital Expenditure Budget which has been agreed upon by NSR and CSXT. (h) "CCBU" means CSXT's Cumberland Coal Business Unit, currently headquartered in Cumberland, MD, or any successor thereof. (i) "CSXT Operating Agreement" has the meaning set forth in the Transaction Agreement.

Budgeted Capital Expenditures means the budgeted amount of capital expenditures of Seller for the projects set forth on Schedule 1.1-BCE with respect to the Interim Period, subject to daily proration or other reasonable allocation method.
