Build Schedule Forecast definition

Build Schedule Forecast means the monthly forecast provided to Jabil by Company, in writing, of quantity requirements of each Product that Company anticipates requiring during the next twelve (12) month period.
Build Schedule Forecast means the monthly forecast provided to Jabil by Digital, in writing, of quantity requirements of each Product that Digital anticipates requiring during the next twelve (12) month period.
Build Schedule Forecast means the monthly forecast provided to Jabil by SKYE, in writing, of quantity requirements of each Product that SKYE anticipates requiring during the next twelve (12) month period.

Examples of Build Schedule Forecast in a sentence

  • The Build Schedule Forecast shall be updated by Company, in writing, on at least a monthly basis.

  • Within ten (10) business days following the execution of this Agreement, Company shall provide Jabil with a Build Schedule Forecast.

  • Any rescheduling or cancellation of the orders set forth in a Build Schedule Forecast shall be subject to the terms set forth in Section 10.5.

  • Any Build Schedule Forecast shall be updated by Company, in writing, on at least a monthly basis and will, along with mutually agreed Build Schedules, form the basis for Jabil’s material commitments.

  • As soon as practicably possible and no later than one month following the execution of this Agreement, Company shall provide Jabil with a Build Schedule Forecast.

  • Company may, in writing, request increases in production volume of Product for an outstanding Build Schedule Forecast (beyond the flexibility set forth in Schedule 1) at any time.

  • Within sixty (60) days of written notice from Company, Jabil will make Commercially Reasonable Efforts to drive supply chain actions and flexibility that will enable Jabil to produce 25% more Products than specified in the subsequent two (2) months of Build Schedule Forecast.

  • Purchase Orders will be Company’s commitment to purchase the Products, subject to Company’s rights to cancel or reschedule set forth in Section 10.5. For Purchase Orders exceeding the parameters of the Build Schedule Forecast (including the flexibility schedule therein) and Production Increases.

  • The Build Schedule Forecast shall be updated by Company, in writing, on a monthly basis and delivered to Jabil no later than the 7th day of the month preceding the forecast period.

Related to Build Schedule Forecast

  • Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • reasonable forecast means a forecast prepared by the Borrower not earlier than twelve months prior to the incurrence of the debt in question, which both the Bank and the Borrower accept as reasonable and as to which the Bank has notified the Borrower of its acceptability, provided that no event has occurred since such notification which has, or may reasonably be expected in the future to have, a material adverse effect on the financial condition or future operating results of the Borrower.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Cash Flow Forecast means a 13-week cash flow forecast for the then applicable period, which shall include, among other things, anticipated cash collections and receipts and anticipated disbursements for each calendar week covered thereby.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Purchase Orders means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Firm Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.
