Build Year definition

Build Year means the period beginning on July 21 of a given year and ending on July 20 of the following year. For example, “Build Year 1” means the period beginning on July 21, 2015 and ending on July 20, 2016.
Build Year means the year by which the Build Out for any Build Area must be completed. The first Build Year shall commence on the date hereof and terminate on the day 30 days after the first anniversary of the date hereof; the second Build Year shall commence on the day after the end of the first Build Year and terminate 365 days later; and the third Build Year shall commence on the day after the end of the second Build Year and terminate 365 days later.
Build Year means: (a) the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first Stage Two (Build) Commencement Date of either the Initial Scope or the Deferred Scope (as the context requires); and (b) each 12 month period thereafter, save that the final Build Year shall end on the Milestone Date for the final Stage Two (Build) Complete Milestone of the Initial Scope or the Deferred Scope (as the context requires);

Examples of Build Year in a sentence

  • Exhibit 6 identifies (i) the Initial Sections; (ii) the Option Sections that may be added to the Territory under Section 6.2; (iii) the Build Areas in each Section; and (iv) the Build Year by which the Build Out for Build Areas must be completed.

  • Prior to offering commercial service in a Section, the Company will be required to provide coverage to all the Build Areas in that Section that have the earliest Build Year and to meet the general launch criteria that are in effect at the relevant time and applicable generally to the NDS ESMR Network (the "Launch Criteria").

  • The Company must Build Out each Section by the Build Year stated on Exhibit 6.

Related to Build Year

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Comparison Year is defined as each calendar year during the term of this Lease subsequent to the Base Year; provided, however, Lessee shall have no obligation to pay a share of the Operating Expense Increase applicable to the first twelve (12) months of the Lease Term (other than such as are mandated by a governmental authority, as to which government mandated expenses Lessee shall pay Lessee's Share, notwithstanding they occur during the first twelve (12) months). Lessee's Share of the Operating Expense Increase for the first and last Comparison Years of the Lease Term shall be prorated according to that portion of such Comparison Year as to which Lessee is responsible for a share of such increase.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Base Year means the period set forth in Section 5 of the Summary.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Leave Year means the year ending with the anniversary date of the employee’s appointment.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Reviewed Year has the meaning ascribed to said phrase under Section 6225(d)(1) of the Code.

  • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series' assets with respect to the Class for the period involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees' fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series' statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series' "Annual Operating Expenses" for the Class do not include "acquired fund expenses", interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are "extraordinary" as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30).
