Stage Two definition

Stage Two means the second phase of the Priority Project that will proceed as varied in this agreement and agreed by NSW and the Commonwealth, will be undertaken by the State as described in Items B.3.1 and C.
Stage Two means the second, underground, exploration phase of the Corporation's two-stage exploration program for the Property as recommended by the Technical Report, consisting of, if warranted by the results of Stage One, continued development of the underground infrastructure by driving exploration drifts, geomechanical and lithological mapping and mining mineral treatment (to increase metallurgy data);
Stage Two means the portion of the Properties described in EXHIBIT Battached hereto.

Examples of Stage Two in a sentence

  • Bidders shall quote accordingly under Single Stage Two Bid System.

  • Stage Two energization shall be completed prior to Initial Operation of the Customer Facility.

  • Such a single-stage energization shall be regarded as Stage Two energization for the purposes of the remaining provisions of this Section 3.9 and of Section 5.5 of this Appendix 2.

  • Stage Two energization shall consist of (1) initial synchronization to the Transmission System of any completed generator(s) at the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, or of applicable facilities, as determined by the Transmission Provider, associated with Merchant Transmission Facilities of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, and (2) energization of the remainder of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities.


More Definitions of Stage Two

Stage Two means the stage commencing on the Stage Two Start Date, during which:
