Building and safety standards definition

Building and safety standards means the requirements of chs. 101 and 145 and of any rule promulgated by the department of safety and professional services under ch. 101 or 145, and stan- dards of a 1st class city relating to the health and safety of occu- pants of buildings.

Related to Building and safety standards

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.
