Examples of Building Holiday in a sentence

  • If the Termination Date or prior expiration of the Term falls on a Sunday or a Building Holiday, this Lease shall expire at 12 noon on the last Business Day preceding said date.

  • Tenant shall e-mail or hand-deliver a notice to Landlord prior to each occasion when Tenant desires to receive after hours HVAC services: (i) after 8:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m. on a Business Day; (ii) at any time after 1:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday that is not a Building Holiday; or (iii) on a Sunday or Building Holiday.

  • Legal Holidays has the meaning specified in Section 1.14.

  • Legal Holiday means a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in the City of New York or at a place of payment are authorized by law, regulation or executive order to remain closed.
