Building Holiday. XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX xxxxx xxxx Xxxxxxxxx's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day as each of said holidays are celebrated in the state in which the Real Property is located.
Building Holiday. BUILDING HOLIDAY shall mean President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day as each of said holidays are celebrated in the state in which the Real Property is located.

  • If the Termination Date or prior expiration of the Term falls on a Sunday or a Building Holiday, this Lease shall expire at 12 noon on the last Business Day preceding said date.

  • Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Tenant, Landlord shall effect the relocation move into the Relocation Space after 5:00 p.m. on a Friday, during a weekend or on any Building Holiday (the “Approved Relocation Times”) so that Tenant’s business is not interrupted during the relocation.

  • Legal Holidays has the meaning specified in Section 1.14.
