General Holiday definition

General Holiday means every Sunday and any other day which is a

Examples of General Holiday in a sentence

  • When a General Holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday will be observed.

  • If no other day is proclaimed, the employee shall be paid the General Holiday pay in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

  • The night shift premium shall be paid for all hours including General Holiday pay and overtime.

  • When a General Holiday occurs during a full-time employee's vacation period, the employee will be paid for the General Holiday and will retain a vacation day for future use.

More Definitions of General Holiday

General Holiday means any of the following days:
General Holiday means a day that is a general holiday under Division 4 of Part 2; (« jour férié »)
