Building Management Systems means all or any of the following used within or serving the Building that do not exclusively serve any Lettable Unit: lighting systems; security, CCTV and alarm systems; access control systems; traffic control systems; audio and audio-visual systems; wireless, phone, data transmission and other telecommunications systems; air ventilation and filtration; air-conditioning, heating and climate control systems; water heating, filtering and chilling systems; footfall monitoring systems; turnover monitoring systems; fire detection, alarm and sprinkler systems; and all control systems, plant, machinery, equipment, Supplies and Conducting Media used in connection with them;
Building Management Systems means Landis & Gyr Visionik building management system comprising of ce▇▇▇▇▇ computer graphics, workstation trend plotter remote terminals substations controllers switching and measurement devices valves and actuators associated with the operation of the system currently installed at the Building for the benefit of the Building
