Burgundy PSU Award definition

Burgundy PSU Award means an award (other than a Burgundy TSR Award) issued under a Burgundy Stock Plan representing a general unsecured promise by Burgundy to pay the value of shares of Burgundy Common Stock in cash or shares of Burgundy Common Stock, the vesting of which is based on continued service and the satisfaction of performance goals.
Burgundy PSU Award has the meaning set forth in the Merger Agreement.

  • Company RSU Award means an award of restricted stock units relating to shares of Company Common Stock granted under a Company Equity Incentive Plan (including any dividend equivalent units credited thereon).
