Burton Act lands definition

Burton Act lands means those tidelands granted to the city by the Burton Act.
Burton Act lands means all those lands within the project area, or immediately adjacent to the project area, owned in fee by the city and held subject to the Burton Act.
Burton Act lands means the tidelands that the state granted to the city under the Burton Act, including the San Francisco waterfront from the Hyde Street pier to India Basin.
