Bus Permit definition

  • The Section 19 Bus Permit specifies that students of any school, college, university or other educational establishment and staff or other helpers accompanying them may be carried as passengers.

  • General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.

  • Conditional Use Permit or “CUP” means a conditional use permit issued under this chapter.

  • Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11.
