Bushfire Management Plan definition

Bushfire Management Plan means a plan that has been developed and approved by the Shire of Waroona to reduce and mitigate fire hazards within a particular subdivision, lot or other area of land anywhere in the district.
Bushfire Management Plan means the Bushfire Protection Assessment prepared by Australian Bushfire Protection Planners Pty Ltd dated 4.12.2013.
Bushfire Management Plan. : means a plan which sets out the proposed fire mitigation measures for land. It is normally required to comply with the Bushfire Protection Criteria (Appendix 4 & 5 of the Bushfire Risk Management Guidelines). Bushfire Management Plan means the approved Bushfire Management Plan required as a condition of the Planning Commission’s approval of the subdivision of the Property from the Original Land and any bushfire management plan (as amended, varied, supplemented or consolidated from time to time) prepared for purposes pertaining to the Bushfire Management Orders, Policies and Regulations; as amended, varied, supplemented or consolidated from time to time.
