Business Ethics Laws definition

Business Ethics Laws means the laws applicable to the Supplier in relation to: fundamental human rights and in particular the prohibition of (a) using child labour and any form of forced or compulsory labour and (b) organising or supporting any form of discrimination amongst its employees or towards its suppliers and subcontractors; labour, immigration and prohibition of illegal work; and anti-money laundering.
Business Ethics Laws means any laws, regulations and/or other legally binding requirements or determinations in relation to bribery, corruption, fraud, money-laundering, terrorism, sanctions, collusion bid-rigging or anti-trust, human rights violations (including forced labour and human trafficking) which are applicable to either party or to any jurisdiction where activities are performed and which shall include: (i) the United Kingdom Brixxxx Xxx 0000, (ii) the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 0000 xxd (iii) any United States, United Nations, Canadian or European Union sanctions.

  • Code of Ethics means a statement encompassing the set of rules based on values and the standards of conduct to which suppliers are expected to conform

  • International Trade Laws means all Laws relating to the import, export, re-export, deemed export, deemed re-export, or transfer of information, data, goods, and technology, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations administered by the United States Department of Commerce, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations administered by the United States Department of State, customs and import Laws administered by United States Customs and Border Protection, any other export or import controls administered by an agency of the United States government, the anti-boycott regulations administered by the United States Department of Commerce and the United States Department of the Treasury, and other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to the same subject matter as the United States Laws described above.

  • Conduct Regulations means the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003;
