The Supplier shall, and shall procure that each Sub‐Contractor shall, promptly provide to DFID and/or at DFID’s direction, the Former Supplier, in writing such information as is necessary to enable DFID and/or the Former Supplier to carry out their respective duties under regulation 13 of the Employment Regulations.
Such change in the identity of the Supplier of such Services may constitute a Relevant Transfer to which the Employment Regulations and/or the Acquired Rights Directive will apply.
