Business Plan Schedule definition

Business Plan Schedule shall have the meaning given in Section 5.2(h). “Company” shall have the meaning given in the recitals of this Agreement. “Default” shall have the meaning given in Section 7.1.
Business Plan Schedule has the meaning given in Section 5.2(h).
