From and after the date of this Agreement until the Closing Date, Purchaser and Seller shall cooperate in good faith regarding any written or oral communications by Purchaser or Seller to any Business Employees or Business Service Providers (other than offer letters contemplated by Section 5.6(f)), whether relating to employee benefits, post-Closing terms of employment or otherwise relating to the Transactions.
