All such training, knowledge transfer and assistance with the selection of employees or consultants shall be conducted by telephone, at a Business site or at a site managed by the Service Provider, in each case as mutually agreed by the Service Provider and the Service Recipient.
Renewal options under similar terms and an option for the Buyer to purchase the Relevant Business site will be incorporated into the Lease.
