Business Third Party definition

Business Third Party means any third-party identifiable individual that requires access to the Software in connection with the operation of Licensee’s business, including consultants and contractors.
Business Third Party means a third party with whom the City conducts its ordinary and customary business.
Business Third Party or “Business Third Parties” means an AT&T-designated third party that is under separate agreement with AT&T to provide service in connection with the Managed Service.

  • Third Party IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights not belonging to either party to this Agreement but used by the Supplier in the creation of the Deliverables and/or in the course of or in connection with the Project.
