Buyer Customer definition

Buyer Customer means a customer that purchases or acquires from Avid or another Company any of the software or services offered by Avid or another Company, including accounts payable automation software and payment solutions and other related services.
Buyer Customer means the eventual owner, lessee or operator of the Goods or Services including the buyer of a product incorporating Goods or Services.
Buyer Customer means collectively one or more relevant members of the Buyer’s Group receiving services from the Lumen Service Provider under the Lumen Master Services Agreement.

More Definitions of Buyer Customer

Buyer Customer means the person, company or firm who purchases Goods from the Seller.
