Work Authorisation definition

Work Authorisation means the form entitled “Subcontractor Work Authorisation” provided by ERM to the Subcontractor and signed by both parties.
Work Authorisation means a job order issued by escalator contractor to the competent maintenance person to perform designated routine or non-routine maintenance work by his employer or the principal.
Work Authorisation means any work authorisation (whether in electronic or written form) issued for the supply of the Services pursuant to this Agreement, and being generally in the form of the Work Authorisation which appears at Schedule 2.

  • Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;
