Cable TV definition

Cable TV means Hong Kong Cable Television Limited and includes any of its successors, transferees, assignees, principal or agents, a wholly owned subsidiary of i-CABLE.

If necessary, CABLE TV may transfer your personal data to places outside Hong Kong for carrying out the purposes, or the directly related purposes specified above, for which the personal data was collected. Where such a transfer is performed, it will be done in compliance with the prevailing requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap 486 of the laws of Hong Kong.
