Energy Payments definition

Energy Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01.
Energy Payments means the amount payable for Net Electrical Output as calculated in accordance with Schedule 6.
Energy Payments. Refers to the payment(s) by the Purchaser to the Producer for the Net Delivered Electricity based on the Energy Price.

  • Monthly Energy Payments shall equal the sum of the monthly XXX Period Energy Payments for all XXX Periods in the month.

More Definitions of Energy Payments

Energy Payments means payments to be provided under the terms of a power purchase agreement with regard to variable cost of power supply. Such payments would typically be made in reference to energy generated and supplied to the power purchaser;
Energy Payments means the monthly energy payments payable hereunder by PECO to Tenaska in accordance with Section 8.03 of this Agreement.

  • Energy Payment The amount that Company will pay Seller for electric energy delivered to Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement on a monthly basis as set forth in Attachment J (Company Payments for Energy, Dispatchability and Availability of XXXX) to this Agreement.

  • Rental Payments means the rental payments paid by the occupant of a unit, excluding any supplemental rental assistance to the occupant from the State, the federal government, or any other public agency, but including any mandatory fees or charges imposed on the occupant by the Owner as a condition of occupancy of the unit.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Net energy billing means a billing and metering practice under which a customer-generator is billed on the basis of net energy over the billing period.

  • Energy Storage Resource means a resource capable of receiving electric energy from the grid and storing it for later injection to the grid that participates in the PJM Energy, Capacity and/or Ancillary Services markets as a Market Participant. Facilities Study:

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.
