Calculated Rent definition

Calculated Rent means during Months seven (7) through thirty-six (36) the amount set forth on Exhibit “G” attached hereto.
Calculated Rent means (i) during month seven (7) through the remainder of the Initial Term the amount set forth on Exhibit “F” attached hereto and (ii) during each Sublease Year thereafter during the Term, the Calculated Rent for the previous Sublease Year multiplied by the Base Rent Escalator.
Calculated Rent. Supplemental Rent" and "Additional Rent" is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety.

Examples of Calculated Rent in a sentence

  • Days will be converted to hours, which are proportional to the number of hours the receiving employee works per day.

  • Consolidated Rental Payments means, for any period, the aggregate amount of all rents paid or payable by Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis during that period under all Capital Leases and Operating Leases to which Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a party as lessee.

  • Consolidated Rent Expense means, for any period, the rental expense attributable to leases of real property that is deducted in determining Adjusted Consolidated Net Income for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP. Consolidated Rent Expense shall be determined on a pro forma basis to give effect to any Material Specified Transaction occurring during such period as if such transactions had occurred on the first day of such period.

Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease.   • Base Rent Period Annual Rate Per Square Foot Monthly Base Rent

  • Annual Base Rent means the business’s annual lease payment minus taxes, insurance and operating or maintenance expenses.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Base Monthly Rent means the fixed monthly rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 which is specified in Section K of the Summary.

  • Applicable Monthly Payment For any Mortgage Loan (including an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan) with respect to any month (including any such Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property), the Monthly Payment; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the amount of any P&I Advance required to be made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, notwithstanding the amount of such Applicable Monthly Payment, interest shall be calculated at the Mortgage Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate and, if applicable, shall be exclusive of Excess Interest; and provided, further, that for purposes of determining the amount of any P&I Advance, the Monthly Payment shall be as reduced pursuant to any modification of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement or pursuant to the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement, or pursuant to any bankruptcy, insolvency, or other similar proceeding involving the related Mortgagor.

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • RENT ADJUSTMENT Any amounts owed by Tenant for payment of Operating Expenses. The Rent Adjustments shall be determined and paid as provided in Article Four.

  • Rent Expense means, for any Person for any period of determination, such Person’s operating lease expense computed in accordance with GAAP, including, without limitation, all contingent rentals, but excluding all common area maintenance expenses.

  • Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term. Base Rental for the first year of Term shall be $24 per square foot for the building and $7.50 per square foot for the drive thru at the Premises.   • Additional Rents means amounts payable under any Lease for (i) the payment of additional rent based upon a percentage of the Tenant’s business during a specified annual or other period (sometimes referred to as “percentage rent”), (ii) so-called common area maintenance or “CAM” charges, and (iii) so called “escalation rent” or additional rent based upon such tenant’s allocable share of insurance, real estate taxes or operating expenses or labor costs or cost of living or xxxxxx’x wages or otherwise.
