Calculating Party definition
Calculating Party means (i) Parent, with respect to the Parent Adjusted Book Value Per Share, and (ii) the Company, with respect to the Company Adjusted Book Value Per Share.
Calculating Party means, for the purposes of this Number 9.3, Eurex Clearing AG unless Eurex Clearing AG is, for operational reasons, unable to make one or more calculations or determinations required to be made under this Number 9.3.
