Call Group definition

Call Group shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Call Group means the Participant and any of the Participant’s Permitted Transferees.
Call Group has the meaning given such term in Section 13.7.

  • Only as an exception and after approval by the Call Group, adjustments in the consortia composition are possible.

More Definitions of Call Group

Call Group has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.1(a).
Call Group means, for any Management Investor, such Management Investor and his, her or its current or former Permitted Transferees who then hold Call Shares.

  • Applicable Par Call Date means with respect to the 2024 Notes, March 2, 2024, and with respect to the 2029 Notes, July 1, 2029.

  • Affiliated Redeeming Unitholder means an affiliated person or a promoter of or a principal underwriter for the Trust, or an affiliated person of such a person, promoter or principal underwriter. The terms "affiliated person," "promoter" and "principal underwriter" as used in the preceding sentence shall have the meanings assigned to each such term in the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended.

  • Call Right The right of the holder thereof (or any successor), as named in the applicable Supplement, to purchase Certificates from the Holders thereof or to purchase Underlying Securities from the Trust.

  • Repurchase Period means a period of 90 consecutive days commencing on the date when the Optionee’s Service terminates for any reason, including (without limitation) death or disability.

  • Call and Put Redemption Amount means GBP 1 per Preference Share.

  • Apollo Group means: (i) Apollo; (ii) the Apollo Holders; and (iii) any Affiliate of Apollo (including the Apollo Holders).

  • Shareholder-Initiated Transfer Redemption means a transaction that is initiated or directed by a Shareholder that results in a transfer of assets within a Contract out of a Fund, but does not include transactions that are executed: (i) automatically pursuant to a contractual or systematic program or enrollments such as transfers of assets within a Contract out of a Fund as a result of annuity payouts, loans, systematic withdrawal programs, insurance company approved asset allocation programs and automatic rebalancing programs; (ii) as a result of any deduction of charges or fees under a Contract; (iii) within a Contract out of a Fund as a result of scheduled withdrawals or surrenders from a Contract; or (iv) as a result of payment of a death benefit from a Contract.

  • Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 15.02(b)(i).

  • Clean-Up Call Date The second Distribution Date immediately following the Auction Termination Date.

  • Call and Put Period means the period commencing on and including the Issue Date to and including the day after 24 June 2021 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day.

  • Repurchase Event means the occurrence of a breach of any of the Seller’s representations and warranties in Section 3.1(a) or any other event which requires the repurchase of a Receivable by the Seller, under the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Call Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Issuer’s Call Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non- waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Repurchase Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.6(a).

  • Call In means the calling in to work at the Employer's request of an employee on an assigned day off as per the posted schedule.

  • Redeeming Member has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(a).
