Call Back definition

Call Back means calling of an employee to duty after he has reported off duty and before he is next scheduled for work.
Call Back means the return of an employee at the direction of his or her appointing authority or designated management representative after the employee has left the worksite for the day, in order to perform an overtime assignment.

Call Back is defined as a period of time, outside of the Employee’s regularly scheduled work hours, during which the Employee is recalled to their place of work for a specific work assignment.

Call Back means any time an employee is ordered into work when he has left the premises at the conclusion of his normal tour of duty or is ordered into work on his day off or is ordered into work prior to his normal tour of duty without forty-eight (48) hours notice.

When an employee is called back to a place of work by the Employer for a specific duty, shall be paid the greater of: compensation at the appropriate overtime rate; or compensation equivalent to four (4)hours pay at the straight-timerate. An employee has the right to refuse a call back to work during their scheduled time off. If an employee accepts a call back to work during their scheduled time off, the Employer will compensate the employee for all additional transportation and accommodation costs resulting from the call back. The employee will provide verification of these additional costs to the Employer.
Call Back means that an employee is required to physically return to work outside their regular scheduled work hours and that the employee was unaware of the work assignment at the end of the employee’s previous shift. Also for purposes of this section “outside of an employee’s regular work hours” means the employee’s scheduled days off, any paid leave which has been pre- approved and also means the time when an employee has left work on a regularly scheduled work day to the time the employee is due to return to work for the employee’s regularly scheduled shift.
Call Back means called to attend a hospital, whether or not rostered on-call, at a time when the visiting medical officer would not otherwise have attended the hospital, in response to a request from the relevant hospital or public health organisation to attend for the purpose of providing services;
