Call-Off Order definition

Call-Off Order means a call-off order from the Hirer in accordance with the procedure contained in Schedule 6 of this Agreement;
Call-Off Order means an order placed by a procuring entity under general terms and pricing on a range of goods under framework agreement, without having to negotiate terms every time;
Call-Off Order means a written instruction from Company (or an Affiliate of the Company) to Contractor (or an Affiliate of the Contractor) issued in accordance with Clause 8.1 to carry out certain Work the specific details of which are more particularly set out in such instruction. Any such instruction shall be issued to Contractor substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule 1;

Examples of Call-Off Order in a sentence

  • Where the Supplier is otherwise unable to fulfil a Call-Off Order and is given written permission to cross hire, only similarly approved alternative suppliers and machines as covered by the scope of this Agreement shall be used.

  • TIH shall order for quantities under the contract by issue of a separate Purchase Order or a Call-Off Order.

  • Any delegation or revocation shall be in writing and can be contained in a Call-Off Order.

  • This may include the Order Form detailing service requirements, term of Call-Off Order, start date and pricing.

  • In the event of any ambiguity or contradiction between a Call-Off Order and the other provisions of this MSA, such other provisions of this MSA and not the Call-Off Order shall govern.


More Definitions of Call-Off Order

Call-Off Order means the formal instruction issued by CLIENT instructing CONSULTANT to commence provision of SERVICES. All work under the CONTRACT shall be governed by the use of CALL OFF ORDERS. No SERVICES may be performed, and no payment rendered without issuance of a CALL OFF ORDER. The form of such CALL OFF ORDER shall be determined by CLIENT and may be issued electronically together with a reference number to track the CALL OFF ORDER and to facilitate payment.
Call-Off Order means the effective order request from the Standing Order to produce and deliver Products;
Call-Off Order means the document in the form set out in Section VII Call-Off Order Template which incorporates the different parts of the CONTRACT and which when completed and signed will detail the specifics of the WORK to be carried out.
Call-Off Order means a blanket Order based on a Frame Agreement for bulk purchases and/or acquisition of similar Goods/Services in large quantities at the same price, the delivery of which Goods/Services is not necessarily effected at the same time;
Call-Off Order means a written call-off or order of a duly authorised representative of the Buyer in the performance of a Contract, where this call-off or order contains the Buyer's instructions to the Seller.
Call-Off Order means the written document specifying the applicable DELIVERY PLACE and the type and quantity of PRODUCTS that SELLER commits to sell and deliver to BUYER, and that the BUYER commits to take and purchase from the SELLER with respect of a given SEASON, all in accordance with Article 3. The model form of the CALL OFF ORDER is in Exhibit B.
Call-Off Order means an official order in such form as may be issued by the End User Establishment to the Contractor in respect of the supply of Goods.
