Call-Off Order definition

Call-Off Order means an order placed by a procuring entity under general terms and pricing on a range of goods under framework agreement, without having to negotiate terms every time;
Call-Off Order means a call-off order from the Hirer in accordance with the procedure contained in Schedule 6 of this Agreement;
Call-Off Order means a written instruction from Company (or an Affiliate of the Company) to Contractor (or an Affiliate of the Contractor) issued in accordance with Clause 8.1 to carry out certain Work the specific details of which are more particularly set out in such instruction. Any such instruction shall be issued to Contractor substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule 1;

Examples of Call-Off Order in a sentence

  • This Call-Off Order Form is issued as per the Framework Award Procedure, set out within the Framework Agreement referred to below, for provision of PAVA spray and to deliver a value adding service to those Authorities described in the Find a Tender Notice attached to the Framework Agreement.

  • OFF ORDER FORM THE SUPPLIER AGREES to enter a legally binding contract with the Authority to provide to the Authority the Goods specified below on and subject to the terms of this Call-Off Order Form and subject to the Call Off Terms and Conditions, both of which shall constitute the Contract between the Supplier and the Authority.

More Definitions of Call-Off Order

Call-Off Order means the effective order request from the Standing Order to produce and deliver Products;
