Call Plan definition

Call Plan means a plan designed by CLIENT, which is intended to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales Representatives in making Calls. The Call Plan may be modified by CLIENT from time to time and when modified a copy shall be provided to VCS.
Call Plan means the tariff or grouping of call costs and associated charges, together with any applicable discounts and call allowances, selected by you and generally described in your order confirmation, the full details of which are set out in the price list;
Call Plan has the meaning specified in Section 5(d) hereof.

More Definitions of Call Plan

Call Plan means the tariff or grouping of call costs and associated charges, together with any applicable discounts and call allowances, selected by you and generally described in your Order Confirmation, the full details of which are set out in the Price List;
Call Plan means the plan to Call the list of physicians and hospitals and the associated call frequency for each such physician as set out in Schedule 3.
Call Plan means, with respect to the applicable period, the planning document, in a mutually agreed upon format, proposed by the JPT and approved by the JSC, identifying Jointly Called On Physicians and setting forth call frequency objectives for such Professionals, and identifying Professionals in the Astellas Segment that Astellas does not intend to call upon during the applicable period and with respect to which the Zogenix Sales Force shall have the right to make calls.
Call Plan means a plan jointly designed by Client and Syneos Health, which is intended to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Telesolutions Agents in making Calls. The Call Plan will be maintained by Syneos Health at its offices with a copy of such Call Plan maintained by Client at its offices, and may be amended or reconfigured from time to time solely at Client’s written request (limited quarterly updates are included in the current fee), with Client paying Syneos Health a fee according to the Standard Pricing Table outlined in Exhibit A-1, as agreed upon in writing, for the performance of such amendment or reconfiguration services.
Call Plan means a plan that Client designs or assists Alamo in designing, which is intended to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Shared Reps in making Calls. The Call Plan will be maintained by Alamo at its offices with a copy of such Call Plan maintained by Client at its offices, and may be amended or reconfigured from time to time solely at Client’s written request, with Client paying Alamo a fee, to be agreed upon in writing, for the performance of such amendment or reconfiguration services.
