Callable Bonds definition

Callable Bonds means the 2022 and after maturities of the 2011B RefundedBonds.
Callable Bonds means the Refunded Bonds maturing on or after May 1, 2017. "Clerk" shall mean the Chancery Clerk of the County.

All references to applicable provisions of Law shall be deemed to include any and all amendments thereto.

  • Redemption Account means, in respect of ETP Securities, a bank account to receive payments in the Relevant Currency of the Optional Redemption Amount in respect of the redemption of such ETP Securities, which account shall be:
