OBA Party definition

OBA Party means the party that operates natural gas facilities which interconnect with Pipeline's facilities and who has executed an Operational Balancing Agreement with Pipeline.
OBA Party means the entity that has executed an Operational Balancing Agreement with Transporter.
OBA Party means the entity that has executed an OBA with Transporter.
