Canadian Agreement definition

Canadian Agreement means the Original Agreement as amended hereby.

Canadian Agreement means that certain Canadian Loan and Security Agreement to be entered into by and among Canadian Lender, Arranger (as defined therein) and Canadian Borrowers, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, which may be amended from time to time.

• Each Matured Canadian LC Obligation arising from a Letter of Credit issued under the Canadian Agreement shall constitute Canadian Prime Rate Loans made by Canadian LC Issuer to the applicable Canadian Borrower even if any condition precedent to the making of such a Loan shall not have been satisfied.
