Canadian Approvals means, collectively, those Governmental Approvals and Third Party Consents, in each case, that are required to commence construction of the Québec Line in a manner consistent with Attachment A, all as set forth in Attachment D.

Canadian Approvals. The following orders of the Canadian Court (and together with the consents from the Pre-Petition Lenders described in paragraph (B) below, the "Canadian Approvals") shall have been entered, shall be in full force and effect and shall not have expired or been stayed, reversed, vacated or rescinded, and all such orders shall be satisfactory to the DIP Agent and the DIP Lenders in order for (y) the assets of the Canadian Credit Parties to be taken into account for the calculation of the Borrowing Base as described under "Availability" above and (z) the Canadian Credit Parties to become Guarantors as described under "Guarantors" above:

Related to Canadian Approvals

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;
