Such interest shall accrue daily and shall be payable in arrears on each Interest Payment Date for such Loan for the period from and including the Drawdown Date or the preceding Conversion Date or Interest Payment Date, as the case may be, for such Loan to and including the day preceding such Interest Payment Date and shall be calculated on the principal amount of the Canadian Prime Rate Loan outstanding during such period and on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in a year of 365 days.

Each Borrowing under the Credit Facility will be comprised of U.S. Base Rate Loans or LIBOR Loans in Dollars or Canadian Prime Rate Loans or CDOR Loans in Canadian Dollars, as any Borrower may request in accordance herewith.
Interest on LIBOR Rate Loans and all fees (except for Stamping Fees) shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and assessed for the actual number of days elapsed and interest on Canadian Prime Rate Loans, Base Rate Loans and Stamping Fees shall be computed on the basis of a 365/366-day year and assessed for the actual number of days elapsed.
During the period referenced in the foregoing sentence, the component of Canadian Prime Rate based upon the Canadian Benchmark will not be used in any determination of Canadian Prime Rate.
For Canadian Prime Rate and Alternative Base Rate (“ABR”) loans, an applicable margin ranging from 0.75% to 1.25% is applied to the Prime Rate and ABR as these interest rates are defined in the Senior Secured Credit Facilities.
