Candidate List definition

Candidate List shall have the same meaning as are given those terms in REACH and the list of substances currently on the candidate list can be found at xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxx.xx/web/guest/candidate-list-table.
Candidate List means a list of the names of persons based on merit as determined under the provisions of this chapter, which persons have been found qualified through suitable examinations for employment in positions allocated to a specified class, occupational group or career progression level.

More Definitions of Candidate List

Candidate List means the list of all HMWI and TAI applicants who are on the TDOP computer registry that is used to fill a vacancy in either of these job classifications. For HMWI vacancies, the candidate list shall include, at a minimum, the HMWI applicants identified on the computer registry as residents of the county in which the vacancy exists; provided, however, that if there are no female applicants identified as residents of that county, then the candidate list shall include, at a minimum, the applicants identified as residents of the TDOT district in which the vacancy exists. For TAI vacancies, the candidate list shall include, at a minimum, the TAI applicants identified on the computer registry as residents of the TDOT district in which the vacancy exists.

  • Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;

  • Phase II Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product initiated to determine the safety and efficacy in the target patient population, as described 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b).

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product conducted after Regulatory Approval of such Product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, which trial is (a) conducted voluntarily by a Party to enhance marketing or scientific knowledge of the Product, or (b) conducted due to a request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Product that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a) or corresponding foreign regulations.

  • Candidates means individuals who are preparing to become educational practitioners through a practitioner preparation program.
