Card Dispute definition

Card Dispute means a dispute in relation to a Card Transaction between you and the merchant or seller of a good or service.

Examples of Card Dispute in a sentence

  • If you are unable to resolve the Card Dispute with the merchant, then you may dispute the Card Transaction through your Stripe Dashboard (or, if applicable, to your Stripe Connect Platform).

  • If Stripe determines that the Card Dispute is valid or the Card Transaction was erroneous or unauthorised, Stripe will credit the amount of the applicable Card Transaction back to your Stripe Issuing Account.

  • Dispute means any dispute, controversy, claim or difference of whatever nature arising out of, relating to, or having any connection with this Agreement, including a dispute regarding the existence, formation, validity, interpretation, performance or termination of this Agreement or the consequences of its nullity and also including any dispute relating to any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of, relating to, or having any connection with this Agreement.

  • Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.

  • Disputes means any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of, connected with or relating to this Agreement or any other Loan Document, between or among parties hereto and to the other Loan Documents.
