Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;
Account Charge means, in relation to each of the Charged Accounts, the first priority fixed charge or pledge over all such accounts given or to be given by the relevant account holder thereof in favor of and in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Trustee.
Credit Card Agreement means the open-end revolving credit agreement between a Cardholder and Bank governing the Account and Cardholder's use of the Credit Card, together with any modifications or amendments which may be made to such agreement as permitted in this Agreement.
Card means credit, debit, smart or other charge or pre-paid cards branded as follows: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro (subject to the Codes of Practice).
Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
Sales Charge and "Dealer Commission" apply only to the Load Funds and the CDSC Funds. All commissions and concessions are subject to change without notice by us and will comply with any changes in regulatory requirements. You agree that you will not combine customer orders to reach breakpoints in commissions for any purpose whatsoever unless authorized by the Prospectus or by us in writing.
Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;
User Agreement means an agreement for the provision of Access to the Services.
Late Payment Charge means the charge that is applied when either Party fails to remit payment for any charges by the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received after the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received in funds which are not immediately available or received by either Party as of the Bill Due Date, or if either Party does not submit the Remittance Information.
Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;
Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.
End User Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Partner, or its resellers or distributors, if applicable, and any Customer pursuant to which Customer purchases a license or subscription to the Bundled Solution.
Deed of Charge means the English law deed of charge that may be entered into between the Guarantor and the Representative of the Covered Bondholders (acting on behalf of the Covered Bondholders and the Other Creditors);
Default Management Charge has the meaning given to it in paragraph 6.2 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);
Master means the person having command of a ship;
Variable Charge means the charge that varies according to kgtm and is calculated in accordance with the formula set out in paragraph 2.2.1, summed across all Services;
development charge means a charge imposed pursuant to this By-law;
Processing Agreement means the agreement (as amended from time to time) ratified by the Iron Ore Processing (BHP Minerals)
Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Government Charges means all charges or duties on deposits into, or withdrawals from your account that are payable under a law of the Commonwealth or any State or Territory or any other jurisdiction whether or not you are primarily liable to pay these charges.
Interchange means the electronic exchange of Data between the Parties using the Adopted Protocol;
Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.
Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay the customer's share of transition costs.
Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by and between any Borrowing Base Party and any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor, as the same may now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.
User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.
