Card Service Participant mean American Express Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, any licensees of such companies, travel agencies, Service Establishments, banks, other independent contractors and all other entities which participate in and/or support the worldwide system through with Corporate Cards and other charge card accounts related to American Express Company may be used to purchase goods or services at Service Establishments.
