Card User Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions which govern the Card User’s use of the NuCard Card, and which are available in the User Manual;

Examples of Card User Terms and Conditions in a sentence

  • Where the Cards are issued to the Company, the Company shall ensure that the Company and any of the Card Users comply with the Card User Terms and Conditions.

  • The procedure for consenting to payments using Cards issued to the Company and the Supplier’s rights to stop or restrict the use of such Cards shall be as set out in the Card User Terms and Conditions.

  • The terms relating to access by account information service providers to information relating to Cards issued to the Company shall be as set out in the Card User Terms and Conditions.

  • Agreement means these Card User Terms and Conditions as varied from time to time; ATM means an automated teller machine; Available Balance means the value of funds loaded onto the Card and available to spend; Card means the plastic prepaid Visa card, supplied to You by Grass Roots under BT Broadband Offer, which You may use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the description of uses on the Card.
