Care Facility definition

Care Facility or “facility” means:

Care Facility means the building and facilities in the Village providing rest home and hospital accommodation and care, and care for any resident who either on a temporary or permanent basis is unable to live independently. “Code of Practice” means a code of practice which the Operator must comply with pursuant to Section 92 of the Act.

• School Board may not assign or transfer any of its rights, duties, or obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Health Care Facility.

• All faculty provided by School Board shall be duly licensed, certified, or otherwise qualified to participate in the Program at Health Care Facility.

• School Board and all Program Participants shall perform their duties and services hereunder in accordance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws, and shall comply with the standards and guidelines of all applicable accrediting bodies and the Bylaws and rules and regulations of Health Care Facility, and any rules and regulations of School Board as may be in effect from time to time.

• Neither School Board nor any Program Participant shall interfere with or adversely affect the operation of Health Care Facility or the performance of services therein.

• Program Participants shall pay for their own meals at Health Care Facility.

Care Facility means:

Care Facility means the building and facilities in the Village providing dementia and continuing care hospital accommodation and care, and care for any Resident who either on a temporary or permanent basis is unable to live independently.

Care Facility means a congregate care facility or assisted living facility, nursing home, hospice, hospital or other healthcare facility.

Care Facility means a facility described in Subsections 26-6-6(2) through (6).

Care Facility means a day care facility or residential care facility, in each case licensed under the Community Care and Assisted Living Act.

Care Facility means a facility described in Subsections 26B-7-206(2) through (6).

Care Facility means a freestanding outpatient care facility, other than a physician’s office or hospital facility that has the primary purpose of rendering Urgent Care Services.
