If the Association chooses to use a building at a time when a custodian is not normally on duty, the Association shall pay to have a utility worker attend the building during the time of the meeting.

Building and Facilities. Should any University building or facility, that is designated and incorporated in this Agreement, be rented, leased or loaned to any party or organization other than Michigan State University for any type of production, it is agreed that all terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply with the following exceptions:
Building and Facilities. A. At the time of the execution of this Contract the Forest Grove Community School has not secured a facility. Upon execution of a rental, lease or purchase agreement for a facility the Forest Grove Community School shall forward to the District a copy of the agreement. B. The Forest Grove Community School may change its physical location or obtain additional facilities provided that the Forest Grove Community School fulfills the obligations and provides the information set forth in this section with respect to such new or additional facilities and provided further that the Forest Grove Community School notifies the District of the proposed change in location or addition of facilities not less than thirty (30) business days prior to taking any final action in connection therewith. C. Should the Forest Grove Community School lease, rent or purchase part of an existing church facility then the Forest Grove Community School shall ensure that there will be no visible church signs or symbols within the school entryway, hallway or classroom. The Forest Grove Community School further ensures that the entrance to the charter school building will have a secular appearance. The Forest Grove Community School further ensures that the entrance to the charter school will be separate from the church’s main entrance. The Forest Grove Community School further ensures that students shall have no exposure to religious materials. No church functions will be coordinated jointly with any the Forest Grove Community School’s operation or activity. D. If the Forest Grove Community School is found to be in violation of Section 7, paragraph C of this Contract the District shall issue a written notice to the Forest Grove Community School requesting that the Forest Grove Community School address the issue within ten
Building and Facilities. A. Insofar as TLCS will be the only educational program offered by the District, the District agrees to grant TLCS the use of all existing District facilities for the operation of TLCS. The District agrees to be responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of District facilities. These facilities and upkeep costs will be provided to TLCS by the District in lieu of direct funding per Section 5 of this Contract. TLCS’s use of the facilities shall continue until the termination of this Contract. If at any point this Contract is terminated or non-renewed, the facilities will be returned to the District in the same condition as the time of the execution of this agreement, normal wear and tear excepted. B. TLCS must obtain prior approval from the District before initiating any substantial change in the District’s building and facilities.

  • Office Space and Facilities The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.

  • Building and Improvements Lessor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy or policies in the name of Lessor, with loss payable to Lessor and to any Lender(s), insuring against loss or damage to the Premises. Such insurance shall be for full replacement cost, as the same shall exist from time to time, or the amount required by any Lender(s), but in no event more than the commercially reasonable and available insurable value thereof if, by reason of the unique nature or age of the improvements involved, such latter amount is less than full replacement cost. Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, Trade Fixtures and Lessee's personal property shall be insured by Lessee pursuant to Paragraph 8.

  • The Building and The Project The Premises are a part of the building set forth in Section 2.1 of the Summary (the “Building”). The term “Project,” as used in this Lease, shall mean (i) the Building and the Common Areas and (ii) the land (which is improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building and the Common Areas are located.

  • Parking Facilities The parking facilities appurtenant to the Building include asphalt surface parking for visitor parking and a separate parking structure for monthly parking (“Parking Structure”). Tenant shall be entitled to use commencing on the earlier of the Commencement Date or Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises, eight (8) vehicle parking spaces within the Parking Structure for the monthly parking of Tenant’s employees. Two of such parking spaces shall be for parking in the reserved covered portion of the Parking Structure, four (4) of such parking spaces shall be for parking in the unreserved covered portion of the Parking Structure, and the remaining two (2) parking spaces shall be for parking in the unreserved rooftop, uncovered portion of the Parking Structure. Tenant’s use of the Parking Structure shall be based upon a non-exclusive use in common with Landlord, other tenants of the Building, and their guests and invitees. Tenant shall not use more parking spaces than said number, or any spaces (a) which have been specifically assigned by Landlord to other tenants or for such other uses as visitor parking or (b) which have been designated by governmental entities of competent jurisdiction as being restricted to certain uses. Landlord reserves the right to erect such security and access and egress control devices as it may reasonably deem to be appropriate (including, without limitation card controlled gates) and Tenant agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord in such matters. Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, or invitees to be loaded, unloaded, or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. If Tenant permits or allows any of such prohibited activities, then Landlord shall have the right, without notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved and charge the cost to Tenant, which cost shall be immediately payable upon demand by Landlord.

  • Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties. The location of such facilities and staff shall be at the principal administrative offices of the Company and the Bank, or at such other site or sites customary for such offices.
