Carpark Area definition

Carpark Area means those areas of the Development including all Carpark Units and the Carpark Common Areas and Facilities;
Carpark Area means the whole of the car park for the Development intended for the parking of motor vehicles and motor cycles belonging to the residents of the Development and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees and comprising the Carpark Units and the Accessible Parking Space;
Carpark Area means all the spaces in the Estate for the parking of licensed motor vehicles or motorcycles or the loading and unloading of heavy goods vehicles or light goods vehicles or light buses or as lay-bys for the picking up and setting down of passengers from motor vehicles together with:-

Examples of Carpark Area in a sentence

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;
