Carrier Party definition

Carrier Party means any entity authorized or permitted under the laws of its respective country to acquire and use facilities for the provision of international telecommunications services.

  • The Purchaser may not make any Purchased Capacity available to another Carrier Party without written notification to the Customer Care Center.

  • If Shipper elects to participate in the Capline Open Season only; (a) Shipper may be provided with Confidential Information related to the Capline Open Season only, (b) if executed by a Carrier, this Agreement will be executed by Capline only, and (c) upon execution of this Agreement by Capline, Capline shall be the sole Carrier Party to this Agreement.

  • In the event Purchaser transfers its right to use the Purchased Capacity to any Carrier Party the Purchaser shall immediately notify the Network Administrator/Customer Care Center of the identity of the transferee Carrier Party and shall provide all other information reasonably requested by the Network Administrator/Customer Care Center.
