RFS Date definition

RFS Date means the Ready For Service date from which an Equivalence of Inputs product or service is available for use by other Communications Providers for their new End-Users, and is also available for use by BT (and is in use by BT) to handle all product or service events for New End-Users (being new after the RFS date). The RFS date is also the date of the start of migration of the relevant installed base of End-Users. In this definition “New End-User” means either:
RFS Date means, with respect to any Inland Capacity, the date on which such Inland Capacity will be available for service and has achieved the RFS Standard described in Attachment 2.
RFS Date means the request for services date specified as such in a Services and Payment Schedule.

More Definitions of RFS Date

RFS Date. Means, for a Scheduled Cable, the date at which the relevant Maintenance Authority and/or its co-owners if any agree to place such cable into operation for customer service.
RFS Date means the date on which the complete Gemini Network (including all associated Backhaul systems) is ready for the provision of commercial services from London, England to New York, New York, as certified by Gemini.
RFS Date means, in respect of each Unit of Capacity, the date upon which the Acceptance Tests shall have been successfully completed in respect of such Unit of Capacity as evidenced by the signature by each of the parties of an Acceptance Certificate in relation thereto, whether actual or deemed in accordance with Clause 3.9;
