Case Contribution Award definition

Case Contribution Award means the monetary amount, awarded by the Court and to be paid from the Settlement Fund to Named Plaintiffs in recognition of Named Plaintiffs’ assistance in the prosecution of this Action, and which shall not exceed $5,000.00 (five thousand dollars) each.
Case Contribution Award means compensation for Direct Purchaser Class Plaintiffs for their time and effort undertaken in the Class Action.

More Definitions of Case Contribution Award

Case Contribution Award shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.1.
