Case Contribution Award definition

Case Contribution Award means any monetary amount ordered by the Court to be paid from the Qualified Settlement Fund in recognition of the Named Plaintiffsassistance in the prosecution of this Action and payable pursuant to Section 13.3. Defendants shall not take any position with respect to a Case Contribution Award and will leave this matter to the sound discretion of the Court.
Case Contribution Award means the monetary amount which may be awarded to Plaintiff by the Court in connection with Plaintiff’s assistance in the prosecution of this Action.

More Definitions of Case Contribution Award

Case Contribution Award means the amount awarded by the Court as compensation for the services provided by the Class Representative in the Action and the risks assumed by the Class Representative in the Action;
