Case Contribution Award definition

Case Contribution Award means any monetary amount ordered by the Court to be paid from the Qualified Settlement Fund in recognition of the Named Plaintiffs’ assistance in the prosecution of this Action and payable pursuant to Section 13.3. Defendants shall not take any position with respect to a Case Contribution Award and will leave this matter to the sound discretion of the Court.

• The Parties expressly agree that the Court’s disposition of the application for a Case Contribution Award and attorneys’ fees and expenses will not be a reason to terminate the Settlement.

More Definitions of Case Contribution Award

Case Contribution Award means the amount awarded by the Court as compensation for the services provided by the Class Representative in the Action and the risks assumed by the Class Representative in the Action;

Case Contribution Award shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.1.
