Case Fee definition

Case Fee means, in respect of any Closed Case, the sum of ([ ]1) which shall be payable by us to you in respect of that Closed Case in accordance with the requirements of this Contract and for the avoidance of doubt any Case which was commenced under a separate contract shall not be payable by us under the terms of this Contract:

Examples of Case Fee in a sentence

  • Work up to the threshold level will attract the relevant Police Station Attendance Fixed Fee for that Scheme and this, together with the Hourly Rates you may make a Claim for, will constitute the Escape Fee Case Fee.

  • In terms of your assessment of whether VAT is properly chargeable in respect of any Case Fee, you must at all times comply with the requirements of the Value Added Tax Act 1994.

  • However, the issue is common to any intervention directed to regulate legal migration, and it reveals once again that restricting entry cannot be the only dimension of a sound immigration policy.

  • Subject to receiving and verifying your Claim for payment in accordance with the requirements of Clause 14 of the Standard Terms we shall pay you the applicable Case Fee monthly in arrears for each Closed Case dealt with by you during the relevant Month as reported to us by the DSCC.

  • Any Plan Consideration held by the Post-Effective Date Entities, or Trusts on account of, or to pay, Lead Case Fee Claims shall be distributed to the LES Trust to be distributed in accordance with the relative priorities as set forth in Article V of this Plan on the next Subsequent Distribution Date, to the extent that such Plan Consideration is not utilized to satisfy Allowed Lead Case Fee Claims.

  • If the costs in the case are likely to exceed the threshold, the future costs of the case must be resolved.You must either opt for the Care Case Fee Scheme or apply for the case to be funded exceptionally on a Full Case Plan.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • Incentive Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Non-Use Fee has the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.

  • Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Exit Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, equal to 25% of the Fee Amount;

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).
