Case Goods definition

Case Goods means furniture and furnishings used in the Facility, including, without limitation: chairs, beds, chests, headboards, desks, lamps, tables, television sets, mirrors, pictures, wall decorations and similar items.
Case Goods means furniture and fixtures used in the Hotel such as cabinets, shelves, chests, armoires, chairs, beds, headboards, desks, tables, mirrors, lighting fixtures and similar items.
Case Goods means furniture and furnishings used in the Retirement Community, including, without limitation: chairs, beds, chests, headboards, desks, lamps, tables, television sets, mirrors, pictures, wall decorations and similar items.

  • Corby’s Case Goods segment derives its revenue from the production and distribution of its owned beverage alcohol brands.

  • Franchisee will timely start and complete the periodic renovation of all Guestrooms and Public Facilities to Franchisor’s satisfaction in accordance with Section 4.4 and the Standards, including replacing Soft Goods and Case Goods periodically as required by the Standards (“Periodic Renovations”).

  • Transfer of control over Case Goods is achieved when products are shipped from the Company’s various distribution sites and accepted by the customer.

  • Except for the Equipment, the Inventory, Case Goods, Soft Goods, Fixed Asset Supplies, furnishings, leasehold improvements, fixtures, cash on hand in the Mortgaged Property, and property of transient hotel guests and tenants, no material tangible personal property is located within the Mortgaged Property, or used or proposed to be used in the Mortgaged Property.

  • In connection with replacements in the immediately preceding sentence, the replacement of all Soft Goods or all Case Goods, as the case may be, will be done at the same time for each phase of a Project rather than being done in a piecemeal fashion.

  • If Franchisee cannot demonstrate the date of installation of Soft Goods or Case Goods, Franchisor will determine the date of installation for purposes of the first sentence of this Section 11.1.B after consultation with Franchisee.

Case Goods means furniture and fixtures, such as cabinets, shelves, chests, armoires, chairs, beds, headboards, desks, tables, mirrors, lighting fixtures, and similar items used in the Sleeping Rooms, Meeting Rooms, and public areas of the Hotel. You acknowledge and agree that the obligations described in this Section 6(o) are in addition to your ongoing obligations to comply with Section 6(b) and Section 6(d);

Related to Case Goods

  • White Goods means refrigerators, stoves and ranges, water heaters, clothes washers and dryers, freezers, swing sets, bicycles (without tires) scrap metal, copper, and other similar domestic and commercial large appliances.

  • Hire Goods means any Goods which are hired to the Customer;

  • Finished Goods means units of a manufactured product awaiting sale.

  • Household goods means personal effects and property used or to be used in a dwelling when a part of the equipment or supply of that dwelling. Household goods do not include property moving from a factory or store, unless the property was purchased by the householder with intent to use the property in his or her dwelling, the property is transported at the request of the householder, and the householder pays the carrier's transportation charges either directly or indirectly.

  • The Goods means all of the supplies, equipment, machinery, spare parts, other materials and/or general support services which the Supplier is required to provide to the Procuring Entity under the Contract.

  • Perishable goods means personal property maintained under controlled conditions for its preservation, and susceptible to loss or damage if the controlled conditions change.

  • Respiratory protective equipment means an apparatus, such as a respirator, used to reduce an individual's intake of airborne radioactive materials.

  • Returned Goods means all right, title and interest in and to returned, repossessed or foreclosed goods and/or merchandise the sale of which gave rise to a Receivable; provided that such goods shall no longer constitute Returned Goods after a Deemed Collection has been deposited in a Collection Account with respect to the full Outstanding Balance of the related Receivables.

Goods delivered to Buyer or incorporated into other Goods and delivered to Buyer shall be new and shall be procured directly from the Original Component Manufacturer (OCM)/Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or through an OCM/OEM authorized distributor chain. Work shall not be acquired from independent distributors or brokers unless approved in advance in writing by Buyer. When requested by Buyer, Seller shall provide OCM/OEM documentation that authenticates traceability of the affected items to the applicable OCM/OEM. In the event that Work delivered under this Agreement constitutes or includes Counterfeit Goods, Seller shall, at its expense, promptly replace such Counterfeit Goods with authentic Goods conforming to the requirements of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, Seller shall be liable for all costs relating to the removal and replacement of Counterfeit Goods, including without limitation Buyer’s costs of removing Counterfeit Goods, of reinserting replacement Goods, and of any testing necessitated by the reinstallation of Goods after Counterfeit Goods have been exchanged. Seller shall include equivalent provisions in lower tier subcontracts for the delivery of items that will be included in or furnished as Goods to Buyer.

  • Defective Goods means Goods of an inferior quality or which are otherwise inconsistent with this Contract.

  • Your Equipment means all equipment located after (downstream of) the point that electricity leaves the Meter at the premises which is used to take supply of or consume electricity except any Electricity Supply Equipment.

The quality of the goods, their reputation and the existence of a trademark are among the factors to be considered in determining whether goods are similar;

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Nonconforming Goods means only the following: (i) product shipped is different than identified in Buyer's purchase order; or (ii) product's label or packaging incorrectly identifies its contents.

  • Cigarette means any product that contains nicotine, is intended to be burned or heated under ordinary conditions of use, and consists of or contains (i) any roll of tobacco wrapped in paper or in any substance not containing tobacco; or (ii) tobacco, in any form, that is functional in the product, which, because of its appearance, the type of tobacco used in the filler, or its packaging and labeling, is likely to be offered to, or purchased by, consumers as a cigarette; or (iii) any roll of tobacco wrapped in any substance containing tobacco which, because of its appearance, the type of tobacco used in the filler, or its packaging and labeling, is likely to be offered to, or purchased by, consumers as a cigarette described in clause (i) of this definition. The term "cigarette" includes "roll-your-own" (i.e., any tobacco which, because of its appearance, type, packaging, or labeling is suitable for use and likely to be offered to, or purchased by, consumers as tobacco for making cigarettes). For purposes of this definition of "cigarette", 0.09 ounces of "roll-your-own" tobacco shall constitute 1 individual "cigarette".

  • Supply of goods means the transfer of the right to dispose of tangible property as owner.

  • Computer equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • In-Transit Inventory means Inventory of a Borrower which is in the possession of a common carrier and is in transit from a Foreign Vendor of a Borrower from a location outside of the continental United States to a location of a Borrower that is within the continental United States.

  • Merchandise means any personal property offered or sold for use in connection with the funeral, final disposition, memorialization, or interment of human remains, but which is exclusive of interment rights.

  • Consumer goods or services means goods or services purchased, leased, or rented primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, including courses of instruction or training regardless of the purpose for which they are taken.

  • Outer clothing means clothing that is not worn next to the skin or immediately over a garment that is being worn as underwear but ‘outer clothing’ includes hats; shoes; boots; gloves and scarves.
